The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. I wish I could change the location of saved files. Everything saves to downloads even when I choose desktop.

What do you like best?
I really like how I can fill out any form and it will turn it into a pdf. I also like how I can sign any form with my signature.
What do you dislike?
I do not really enjoy filling out forms that do not provide just a box to type in, rather it is little individual boxes for every letter. When the form is this way. I have to insert a new text box for every letter so that the letters would fall in their own little box and doesn't look out of place. These are the forms that are difficult to fill out. Unless there is a setting I haven't figured out yet.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. There was a bit of a learning curve to getting the software's capabilities down, but once I understood how to use the forms feature and whatnot, I find I really enjoy using your software more than I even like Adobe. I think your program has better templates and features than the others I have tried. Bonus points for being lower priced than Adobe while you're at it.

How do I add a tag to a file?
Open File Explorer. Click Downloads. Right-click the file you'd like to tag and choose Properties. Switch over to the Details tab. At the bottom of the Description heading, you'll see Tags. Add a descriptive tag or two (you can add as many as you'd like). Press Enter when you're done. Press OK to save the change.

How do I tag a PDF in Windows?
Right click or press the applications key (Windows) on the Tagged Failed tree item. Choose Fix. Verify tags have now been added to the document in the Tag panel. The Tagged PDF item will be listed as passed under the Document tree.
