I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. So easy to use.....I was in need of a Quitclaim Deed for mineral rights, and PDFfiller was the only site that offered the form that I needed. What a find!
The product is excellent, but very expensive for an occasional user. I paid a lot of money just to download two documents. Surely it would not be difficult to categorise number of forms required, and a calculated price accordingly? I will probably not require another form for 12 months or more. Unfortunately, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
Thank you for this program! It's so much easier than another I have tried and I have more to learn about usage when I have more time. Just trying to get something fleshed out relatively soon for now.
Would be amazing if it had a free option for students. Could also benefit from offering different single line - shapes such as circles and squares etc
Easy to edit pdfs using…
It was very easy to edit pdfs using this program. It has saved a lot of time effort to get this small change done on multiple documents.
The initial setup went smoothly. Once I figured how to save the documents with the correct name after duplicating the original form, I had no problems.
Great Customer Service
I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.
Great to use
Great to use, but wish the font/size/color of text would always remain as the original was during editing existing text, or at least show what that information is to the user.
