This has been a wonderful resource for locating, filling out, filing and printing out documents. I don't understand how to make the most out of the system and wish I could get a little more help (for blondes). But overall, a great experience!
In my opinion this application is very powerful, however not so intuitive, and I had to spend an inordinate amount of time in chat with technical support personnel. I would be happy to explain further.
I have had no formal training however it seems very easy and user friendly, however it does not able have all of the facilities that we require. But a good program overall.
I originally downloaded Adobe Flash Player thinking I could make my own PDS I was wrong it was I'm no help. Just by doing a simple internet search. I came across your website it's amazing. being able to type into PDFs, upload easily, fax directly from my computer and send to sign feature. I also like the black out feature and the way the software notifies you when someone opens your emailed over or faxed documents.
The Price is way too much since i dont use it everyday like real software. Also, i bought a subscription and to use the advance features i have to pay more which is ridiculous since i already paid.
Need a dark background theme and to improve the highlighter color so that the text remains "clear" after highlighting! "Everything thing else is very good!"
PDF Filler was very helpful preparing the documents. Questions were answered by the staff VERY PROMPTLY. I appreciate the assistance and directions to the questions I had.
Very easy to use, being an assistant and constantly filling out reports for the State, it is nice to have something that works so easily and is consistent in its responses.
