I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Before I got PDFfiller, I couldn't figure out how to add text to PDFs. I work for myself and am required to add information to certain PDFs. I am no longer struggling and frustrated. It is very easy to use and well worth the year's subscription.
It was easy to navigate and find the forms that i needed and fill them out without confusion. I was able to fill iin information and send to my email with ease.

pdfFiller made this very easy to do I was able to teach this to my team in 10 minutes so we were able to integrate this into our workflow.

It only manages very basic workflows, however, their sister app AirSlate does full workflow management, so if you need something a bit more robust, that's a great option!
Took me a while to figure out how to…
Took me a while to figure out how to delete an entire page. My one suggestion would be to leave the previously used tool activated. I get tired of having to click on "eraser" when I'm trying to erase multiple blotches on a scanned article.

My brother subscribed without my consent, I immediately contacted the support team, they were quick and kind, they made the refund without problem, excellent attention.
It is a bit frustrating to learn how to send it to my computer to be accessed and modified as needed. Right now it serves me as a trial, but I wouldn't pay for this.
What do you like best?
It is very helpful to be able to fill pdf's in. It also saves paper and time. I hate having to print a form out, fill it in by hand and then scan it into the computer just to turn around and email it. With pdfFiller I can do the work on my computer, it looks professional and then I simply save it and email it. I also like the fax option.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I have a little trouble getting everything just where I want it. But the more I use it the easier it becomes. I feel that I will like it even more the more I use it.

I am solving the wasted paper and time. I am able to keep everything electronically. Forms look more professional. I do not have to pay a separate service for a fax line which I only use a few times a year, I fax straight from pdfFiller.

They were super helpful to me when I accidentally subscribed. They voided the transaction and were understanding. I really appreciate this because there are too many other automatic subscriptions that would not have been as forgiving.
