I thought I was purchasing a one-month subscription (I didn't select the correct button prior to the check-out process and was not advised of the amount before I hit Submit). Would REALLY like a refund of the yearly subscription - am very happy to pay the19.99 for one month. Please...
I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

Lifesaver!!
Lifesaver!!! I am not always able to print documents, fill, them out, sign them, and then scan them in and email them to recipients. This program allows me to skip most of the steps.
This really works
My over all experience was pretty good I really like this software and would reccomend it to everyone it is definitely my top choice.
I liked the fact that you could take virtually any document and fill in the spaces with the information of your own. It really makes things a lot easier
I didnt like how you couldn't delete words that were already there I wish it was all in one app instead of having to download 3 or 4 different apps to get what I want done accomplished
It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. Outstanding customer service
So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.
