I was sort of afraid to install and pay for this online. There is so much identity theft out there.. I was just a victim of fraud on my bank account. But this seem pretty secure and was easy to get going.
This product is wonderful. I use it to complete certain forms for real estate transactions that have blanks which must be filled in. This product allows me to fill in the blanks and then print a nicely completed product. Before using this product I wrote in my hand the information for the blanks which was made a less than neat finished product.
A little overwhelming at first. Trying to send to a client to fill out a form but it seems a little difficult. A webinar would be nice. I am going through the FAQ with some success.

Ease of use I have a lot of documents in PDF format and they need to be completed by myself before sending for signatures and this helps me make that possible.
Printing completed documents, I have to save them first and then find the ones that I have just amended to print

Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.
VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. I wish the updates had an option to keep the title and not make duplicates. I like to keep "my documents" organized and not all the downloads unless I want to save it as multiple copies. I love that it combines pdfs w other docs. I love the highlight and annotate features.
