I am very happy with the service. It is easy to use and very versatile. It is, however, quite expensive for the annual plan. Even if I used this on a daily basis, I'd feel like50 a year is much more reasonable.

Easy and intuitive to use - could fill out forms right away with little effort. Signature capture using the laptop camera did not work - the signature ink lines not clear after cleaning up the image. I scanned my signature at 300dpi using a scanner, and saved that image.
I tried this, liked it, and bought 1 year subscription.
It's been very good working with PDF Filler. Makes saving forms so much easier. I only have one complaint. When it comes to dates, I usually need to write it as year-month-day; but PDF Filler is already programmed as day-month-year so I have to keep on erasing dates and fill it out by hand, which is annoying.
Our agency management system has crashed this week. PDF filler is saving our business while we wait for it to be repaired. I have recommended it to everyone in our same situation
This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. So far, it has been acceptable, but I am having to self teach a lot of items. It would be good to have a one hour presentation on the basics, and then some specific presentations on individual task.
