I am not 100% satsfied reason being the whole document is not turning into Word, I want turn the whole document in word edit, retype as a word document and have it resaved

I was on trial with pdfFiller and it was really amazing. The best PDF filling software I've ever found. I even used the trial, forgot when it ended and then got charged. They were super helpful to me when I accidentally subscribed. They voided the transaction and were understanding. I really appreciate this because there are too many other automatic subscriptions that would not have been as forgiving.

Even though I didn’t use their website, I am very satisfied with the customer service. I have subscribed and forgot about it and it took the money from my account. I contacted customer support and my issue was solved in less than a minute! If anyone has the same problem, don’t worry, just contact them and they’ll help! :)
