Good afternoon,
I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller..
It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter.
Can you help me with this log-in issue?

What do you like best?
I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.

The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

I had an issue that customer service…
I had an issue that customer service handled quickly and professionally. I was very impressed! I highly recommend working with this company they have excellent customer service.

PDFfiller is easy to use, powerful, and user-friendly. It has all the features I need.
I'd like to see more fonts so I can match the fonts on the PDF page.
I am still trying to figure out how this program works. I am doing the basic task. I know there are other things I can do I just don't know yet what I don't know. LOL
VERY EASY TO USE PLUS ONE SUGGESTION
VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019
****** works great, maybe a little inconvenient compared to *****, but that's why they are so much cheaper. For as little as we need a *** editor I could not justify the cost of *****, so this was a good alternative. *** some issues with my pay method after having them for 3 years. Wish I could have just updated my Pay info instead of having to cancel my plan and sign up again. That messed up a discount I had, but kudos to the customer service for being able to straighten it out. *** to do everything through chat because no phone number. Overall decent **************."
