It has been a very interesting experience, my first time doing my return with your company. I won't need to use your service any more, so please just bill me for this one time only. I'm 89 years old and closing down my accounting business @ 5/31/15.
The only problem I have is, if I highlight a word or group of words and I want to take it off, it is very difficult to undo. I spent 2.5 hours last night trying to do just so.

I just started using it today. So far, I am very happy with it. I was able to use the draw feature to sign where I needed to, how I wanted to without using the "sign" feature.
I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in. I paid for the first 30 days to make sure that I would be happy with this tool. I am very satisfied with 99% of the editing and use tools. No ability to grab and move sections of existing form just new items.
