It worked like a charm, but although I figured it would be a paid service, but it would have been nice to know it was and how much before I got started.
Since this is my first time and I have never used one of these before, I am still learning. But so far am happy with it. I just wish it was easier to actually contact a human being to ask questions when I am not sure about something and so have to search and keep trying to find what I want.

This program is SO easy to use and Efficient when you need to fill out forms for work but you cannot physically get to work to turn them in!

This program works great, sometimes things are a little off once you download and certain documents are easily editable while others can be a pain in the butt. Overall I like it & I think it's great. I would definitely use it & recommend it.

Very Simple to use and your able to pretty much do anything with document. for the money if unbelievable So use the free trail It sell itself

When I contacted them through their Chat feature my problem was resolved there and then. Instant response, and then follow up emails to make sure everything was ok. This is how customer service should work but so often doesn't.
