My first day! As far away from tech savvy as you can get! With help on "Team Viewer" I learned how to solve all the problems I had getting started. I will certainly use tech support again but off to a fun start.
I preveiously gave the program a low rating before technicians showed me that my problem was user error. I find PDFfiller a great addition to my daily work. I can fill the forms in and also go back and edit. Love it!

Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. The best tool for automated form fills
Takes a lot of the manual work out of form filling and PDF generation.
User manual could use a bit more work - some features were not obvious as a first time user.
I just started using it today
I just started using it today. So far, I am very happy with it. I was able to use the draw feature to sign where I needed to, how I wanted to without using the "sign" feature.

The ability to modify documents specific to our needs. The Tools provided give me maximum ability to modify, add, remove and edit any document in any way that is needed.
