I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available.
I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

Relatively easy to use
Relatively easy to use, intuitive software. Wish there were a way to copy and paste some aspects of the document I'm working into an email or other document.

The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. It is a convenient application
It is a convenient application which allows professional appearance to forms. I am a little concerned about shared documents which need editing if the recipient is not a subscriber.

So far so good. I like the friendly interface and the different options of sending processed files. I would like to request developers to incoporate "rotating page" for some documents that may be uploaded upside down
Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
