It's a good and intuitive product. the only technical glitch is that some of the larger text boxes are shifted over to the right by a fraction of an inch and outside the printable area of most printers.
At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. I am using this service as an ex-pat in Ecuador to communicate with government services in the U.S. Not certain yet if offices like Social Security will accept forms mailed from an online-filler service, so am withholding the 5th star until I know they'll actually accept my forms.

I have only used it to get the 1500 form used in billing. I like that you can save your info.
You can save your documents and print them. It is easy to use. I like the ability to fax and mail from the site.
I have not used it yet to develop a form. I hope to do so before the New Year. It is nice to be able to mail and fax from the site.

pdfFiller is a Great
pdfFiller is a great idea, "Not one software fits all." With so many different computer sources and digital platforms out there. We lose track what is compatible, what's not. Not using adobe frequently outside of work, this is amazing.
Love the software
Love the software. Earlier I wrote that the software was difficult to navigate. I would like to rescind that statement. It was user error on my part. The software is very easy to navigate and I really, really like this product a lot.

The site is good but just takes time to load pdf's, when i scroll it takes about 4 or 5 seconds to notice what i did.
