It worked well for our needs. We just needed one form not available as a fill in through irs.gov. But I don't like the automatic sub renewal. We just needed it once and I didn't remember/understand that it automatically renewed.

That the products are exceptional goes without saying, but even the best product can fail without a solid customer service/ support team. I had a little trouble completing the form correctly but it was my fault. I went back and made corrections easily and all seems fine.
