I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. This program is awesome. A little difficult to look up forms at times - but overall experience was fantastic and the finished product looks clean and professional.
I love being able to fill out forms that I wouldn't be able to normally. My handwriting can be hard to read and this makes it clean and clear. The others parties like it too! :)

I have had trouble finding documents and sending them in the past, it seems as though this site is easier to use today. I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world so I am learning sometimes the hard way!
Definitely easier yesterday: to find documents to fill out and send. Makes billing a breeze!
Easy and time saving
I use it to fill out government and medical forms for personal reasons. It could be used for any form you might need to complete.
It's very easy to use and has tons of forms available. You can upload unique forms and it works great on those too.
I have had some issues finding forms I've completed.
The annual review process has been greatly facilitated by this package. Its simplicity and the clear definition of its components make it very user-friendly. I am extremely satisfied with this product.
Super simple to use. There are only a few things that could use some tweaking like the sizing of the box for the fillable text could be a little simple to make smaller.

This app is easy to use for new user! Especially for a beginner such as myself, the way I am able to navigate and find certain tools is something I've been praying for since I was able to type!! I appreciate the time and effort that was put into making an awesome site like this!!
