Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. Amazing product
Amazing product, absolutely wonderful people to work with as well. Amazing integrity as a company. Been billed 2 times by auto renewal when we didn't require the product and they credited within hours instead of using it as a gotcha to make $$ like most other companies.

Editing pdfs for sales quotes, etc.
it's good, needs to be smoother and faster response time. need find and replace function. and when something is replaced the original value should disappear.

The link to fill option and the ability to manipulate pdfs.

Nothing yet. I plan to purchase again next year.

Easy to use and very convenient to have for filling out forms and other documents that I would normally need to print out before filling in my information. I really enjoy the ease of this tool.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.
