So far so good thou I only used it to print out claims I do like the features it has. I should be upgrading my account in the next couple of months if all goes well.
OVERALL FAIR-GOOD EXPERIENCE. MAJOR FLAW: FORMATTING IS NOT CONSISTENT FROM TABLET TO LAPTOP.SIGNIFICANT EDITING REQUIRED. VERY TIME CONSUMING AND NON-PRODUCTIVE.
I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.
Simple and easy to use even for the novice computer user. It's made my documents look professional and well presented which has received a few thumbs up from people I have forwarded the documents to.

How to find the item i was looking for was a little hassle,
daunting. But once u get the language right it is very easy
and helpful to got one form after another. Easily imports info too! Wow!
What do you like best?
It has the main features that I'm looking for: I can upload a pdf, add text, remove text, blackout text, etc. It also allows e-signatures.
What do you dislike?
The process to download files is a little tedious. You have to single-click on the file from a list, then the program takes you to a new page to rename and choose the download location. But if you accidentally double-click on the file, the file will open instead. I've been using this program for years and it still takes me way too long to download a file.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use pdfFiller to fill out forms for work. I used to have to print these forms, complete them by hand, then scan them and shred them. With this program we get to eliminate the use of paper and save time.

I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity.
