As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. PDFfiller's user interface helps us with the host of insurance forms that are emailed to us. Can't really say that I dislike anything...however, I use is solely for the purpose of creating and editing documents..so my perspective comes from that angle.

Its hard to get clients to resign at times due to travel schedules, work schedules...so being able to edit a document in real time while in front of my client helps out tremendously.

Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.
Really very convenient, far more handier than the others selectable with a quick google search.....not sure about $20 monthly fee though. An account with a paid service per use would also be handy, but 9/10
