IT WAS VERY USEFUL TOMUSE. I WAS ABLE TO SEND MAILPIECE TO MY RECEIVER. IT WAS OKAY BUT THERE WERE MINOR ISSUE AS TO UPLOADING THINGS I WANTED TO FAX OR TO SEND OVER IT WAS A COMLPLICATION WITH THAT.

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. As a person 70+ years old, new programs are usually a challenge for me. However this was not the case with pdfFiller, it was so easy to click on the area and type and being able to alter the text size to fit was a bonus. I highly recommend this program and can vouch for customer support who are there to help.
pdfFiller is a Great
pdfFiller is a great idea, "Not one software fits all." With so many different computer sources and digital platforms out there. We lose track what is compatible, what's not. Not using adobe frequently outside of work, this is amazing.
Easy to edit.
I had a little trouble completing the form correctly but it was my fault. I went back and made corrections easily and all seems fine.
I found this site to be helpful, but . . .
I found this site to be helpful. A great time saver on changing documents. I would have saved more time, if I knew ahead of time, that the scanned in pdf, that I edited, would not be able to convert to a word document.
It is difficult to find the exact years…
It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.
I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money. AMAZING customer service if I ever need a PDF filler again I will most definitely be returning here. 10/10 across the board and will be recommending to my friends!!!!
I would only add that when adding text to the editor, it can be moved without blocking the height. Sometimes the PDF blocks the location of the text and it is difficult to align it with the original text.
