This was a great program. I just don't use it enough to justify paying annually. I wish there was a charge per file option.

Easy to use. I like being able to switch from the wizard option to the self fill-out option. It is usable with all the legal forms I fill out.
I do not like how I cannot change font size when using the wizard to fill out form. Sometimes I don't have enough room in the space to type what I need. I also don't like how you lose what you have filled in if you switch from the wizard half-way through.

I am so very, very pleased with how easy the program is to use. I tried others for this emergency situation and was frustrated out of my mind with the complicated programs. This one is easy, easy and very effective.
So helpful. I can fill out the form instead of scanning, printing, filling out, and then scanning again so that I can send it back. I did try other programs... this one is by far the very best.
I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied! Excellent product, Quick and simple to use. Integrates with google drive and my other products with ease. Highly recommend! Add on services have value as well.
I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
There are some minor things I have not figured out how to do. Not sure yet if they are just missing features, or just not readily available in a way that I was expecting.
