Very user friendly site. I did lose my first document, since I didn't select the 'DONE' box first. Maybe just a little pop up message on how important that step is would be helpful.
I thought I was purchasing a one-month subscription (I didn't select the correct button prior to the check-out process and was not advised of the amount before I hit Submit). Would REALLY like a refund of the yearly subscription - am very happy to pay the19.99 for one month. Please...
Love the program. Its easier than what I am making it out to be .... therefore, it is somewhat hard to learn what to do (because so much is done for you!) :)

Ease of use! Love it. I love that i can change forms and addresses. This has been a lifesaver for work purposes.
I wish you had more options as far as fonts go and wish you had more options as far as font sizes..something to think about
Good experience but unfortunately, I don't need this product at the moment so I will not be renewing my subscription. If I decide to work on taxes in the coming year, I will subscribe.
PDFiller is awesome
Being able to edit a PDF online is great, and having to give a whopping 30-day free trial is awesome.
However, I think some things should be incorporated, like been able to move the typed words easily rather than having to cut and paste.
