I have tested it and every elements concerning my line of work are deeply thought out and very crisp.
I had a problem of sending a folder but the solution is in merging the files to create one new file to send.
The software is brilliant and less costly than all the competition I have tested.
I don't know why each time I do a function, I have to go back to MY Forms. It would be easier to save or print and stay where I am.
Also, when I update a form, the original creation date stays instead of the updated date.
I like erasure feature in biz version.
I find your index very hard to use. Where (what tab; how do I get there) is you general index of library contents and categories?

I work in 3 different industries- Staffing, Construction and Real Estate and this software has become a necessity in everyday document preparation. It saves so much time and money. Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.
The app and customer support is great!

I wrote some legal documents using this tool, it was much easier than other PDF editing tools I found. I was able to put my legal case together in an hour after wasting much more than that on other editing tools.
