What do you like best?
This app has been immensely useful. There have been times when I am not at my desk and needed to fill out some forms and this app allowed to me to do so right on my phone. This is life saving productivity.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I disliked was the many screen you need to go through to finally start using it. Other than that, the app is great.

The only thing I really had a problem…
The only thing I really had a problem with is that I completed what I thought was a "free" form and then had to sign up for a free trial. The actual program is very useful and helpful and relatively easy to navigate through.

I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool unless you actively initiated a subscription. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about it. When I got my next credit card statement showing I had been charged for the whole year I began a ticket with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.
