I am new to this program the search engine next to the description of the for would be great if you could see a picture of the for rather than having to click on it if it is not the one you want then back to the search engine
When trying to save a completed document to my hard drive it becomes confusing. I cannot find the saved files anywhere. Other than that the program is great.

I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. I recently saw a charge for a PDF filling service, and I had no memory of signing up for it. December 2020 has not been a picnic for me. I reached out to customer service, and ******* handled it from beginning to end. She even works to get things done when I was not able to get her all the information she needed, due to unfortunate events going on in my life. They have reverse the charges. I don't know if this product works or not, but I do know that their customer service team does or very well if you are patient and persistent with them. That's rare for any product. So, they get five stars from me.
