My original reason for joining was just to try the program and use the conversion from PDF to Word feature. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel.
I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.

I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't this easy to use. Adobe Acrobat Pro feels like it was created in a silo by people who don't do editing on a daily basis. Also, it doesn't install, on one of the latest Macbooks on the planet. Thank god for PDFEscape and PDFFiller. Thank you god.

this is the best product I could find for converting a pdf form into something fillable. I don't need to use this regularly so better if you offered a annual usage limit package- say 12 uses a year for $12.00- which seems fair and reasonable to you and the customer. I highly recommend if you just need to do one project I won't comment on the long term part but I signed up for free trial made edits on a 24 page PDF I received via email and to return via email filled out. I was ripped off by two other pdf companies before I tried this one. both times I did 24 pages of work only for it to paywall it and never recover it even after taking my money.THANK YOU PDFFILLER
