I have been able to ask questions by email and by live chat. I needed to be able to sign documents and now i need to be able to convert docs to PDF and am pleased to find a way to do it.
Love it- so easy- wish there was a cheaper option for "stay at home moms" (could verify with a phone call) - since all I tend to use it for is school forms and household paperwork
There are some things that could be more user-friendly or convenient but overall it is very effective and useful as a tool for creating and modifying documents. The "preview document" is never accurate, and the ink looks faded after it is scanned in as a template.

this is the best product I could find for converting a pdf form into something fillable. I don't need to use this regularly so better if you offered a annual usage limit package- say 12 uses a year for $12.00- which seems fair and reasonable to you and the customer. This is my first time using pdfFiller. It is an amazing software and make it much easier to anyone to complete required forms.
Pdf-Filler was the best solution to work on Pdf files I have to fill out and edit.
I use Mac computers and I could not find any other Pdf product working so good on IOS.
