I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. We live in the twenty-first century. So few things rankle me more than seeing someone's sent me a Word document and pretended it's a form. The same is true for people who send me PDFs and expect me to print and fill them out by hand. PDFfiller is the solution to all these problems and more. It makes the sending and receiving of forms so easy that even a kid could do it.
I really have no complaints about PDFfiller. It does what it needs to do quickly and easily, and it didn't take me long to learn how to use it. Even things that once seemed formidable to me (for instance, the dreaded splitting and combining of PDFs) is easy with PDFfiller.

Was looking for something more physical therapy specific with the super bill, had to create my own. But otherwise this was very easy to use.
Perfect for what I needed. The features are great but I wouldn't continue using it long term, because it's a bit pricey for something I won't use very often.
