I love the program as a homeless case manager, I can review information with clients, send to them for review, and signature from my office

It needs a desktop application for easier access vs going to the website all the time.

The Support Agent, Kara, that helped me with what I wanted to do was very accommodating and friendly. I didn't appreciate this website initially but I am very pleased at the wealth of document templates. Very pleased and will continue my membership.
This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

I find that it was ok except the fact of having to put my credit card in for doing something the same day.. for a 30 day trial. ABSOLUTELY SAD :(
It is a great help in editing documents, specially when there are corrections needed to be made. Files that cannot be converted to a Word or Excel file is easily edited here.
