This has been very helpful and affordable. Please make sure that my credit card is only charged one time. Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. Please make sure that only one monthly fee of19.99 is charged to may account. I am not in aposition right now for excessive billing. I had trouble with saving files but I figured it out. The program comes with alot of different features and a webinar to see how it all works would be great.
Great service. There isn't anything that I can't do with this program. Very convenient. It works when you need it. My only desire is that while typing, the sentences should automatically loop to the next line. It's bothersome that I have to keep my eyes on the line instead of what I'm doing.

I use the website to do my W-2s and it was so easy. Then When I forgot to canceled my subscription because I am to small of a company to use them all the time they were so helpful and easy to work with. They gave me a full refund. There customer service is great and it is an such an easy platform to get things done with.

I feel that it was inappropriate and a bit shady to let a customer edit the PDF and then hit them with the credit card ask. Maybe let them do a test for 15m or something.

overall it is a good product once you are accustomed to operating within its rules and time lapse with commands and follow through
