It worked like a charm, but although I figured it would be a paid service, but it would have been nice to know it was and how much before I got started.
Easy to use but should advise up front that paid membership is required as once document is completed a person is pretty much obligated if they want to send or print...
The program interface is OK but it could be a little more iterative. A form I was completing for the TSP TP77 and the TP76 did not place the letters and numbers (characters) in the exact center of each box making the document a little harder to read. I know this for sure because I have completed the same document using TSP website filler with the document are available. This would be easy for the company to fix this but they check their forms before making them available.
But the overall online forms filler program works well and saves completed forms easily and has a generous library.
Negates deciphering handwriting
When filling out or reading an application or some other such document, it is hard to manage legibility. The ability to type directly into the fields of a PDF is a valuable option to avoid that.
I wish you didn't have to create an account to use it. It would be better in my opinion if you could use the software with out having to do that.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I paid for the first 30 days to make sure that I would be happy with this tool. I am very satisfied with 99% of the editing and use tools. No ability to grab and move sections of existing form just new items.
