I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available.
I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.
Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.
Great for filling out PDF's - great User interface, providing all requirements for filling out forms (ie. Ticks, Crosses, Circles) all easily resizeable along with text.
My experience has been quite positive for the most part. There were some features I was unable to use successfully, but overall I found the service to be very useful.

Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. Used the free trial and forgot to cancel very quick response and understanding to getting subscription cancelled If I was in the market I'd use pdfFilter
I needed to create a document and sign it in a hurry. I already own Turbo PDF, but, its confusing to use.
I did a quick Google search and down loaded Pdf filler and had my doc printed in less than 10 min!
It works for me.
