I was gonna select only 4 stars since I was having difficulty getting the app to do all that it claims, but since customer service was so great I had to add the additional star.
Using iPhone to complete apps and send out for signature.. Had some glitches.. Wasn't able to select or choose (full access or sign only option for recipients. The screen shut down too quickly each time and 'disappeared before I could actually select.
I had to amend my 2014 federal taxes, and when I went in to the form, it brought me onto your site. I filled out the form and went to print when I found out that there was a cost for the program. I only needed the program for a short amount of time. I will be cancelling the program as soon as my amended tax forms are completed and the IRS is satisfied.
This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. What do you dislike?
Some of the features are limited to premium service only. I'd like to see more of these included in the standard package.

This program works great!
This program works great, sometimes things are a little off once you download and certain documents are easily editable while others can be a pain in the butt. Overall I like it & I think it's great. I would definitely use it & recommend it.

I love all the different options - especially having people sign by text! Super convenient and all around user friendly.

It's a great service that operates smoothly and is good value for money (especially when deals are applied) compared to Adobe. I prefer the interface and the amount of options is comprehensive.
