I'm loving everything and I like how I can do so much without printing, then write your info, then scan to your pc, then email to an individual or group. This is way, way faster.
I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. At least, I will keep your website as a place to go to if there is a future need. Could you please cancel my membership after the 30 days I already paid? Thank you.
Software was user friendly. Ocassionally experienced frozen screen and saved information provided did not save properly, therefore, had to repeat the process.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! I have had a very good experiente with pdf filler. I added an identification tag to almíscar all pdf files I had to send to the Court.
I was a Little disappointed because there is not a tool to make these files less heavy... but may be you can develop it soon...

What I really like about the program is that we have a lot of issues and it was able to handle them all! My husband plays music at church which is a standard business. He is opening an LLC which we need to do several forms which most places do not handle including the 1120s, the k1, and so many others. The pdfFiller has handled them all!
mostly good. Had trouble one day but it looked like it was site-wide. It was fixed by the next day. Would like to better understand how to capture documents and transfer to other files etc.
user friendly and practical, what would really differentiate would be the possibility to use the app when offline and automatic synchronization once online.
An Easier Way to File Taxes on Time
Mailing the document and the payment processing works very well. I would like a reminder to upload my extra attachments so that I don't have to try and add them later. I hope to refer to the site later like an archive for the information that I am mailing online.
