So far, so good. It is easy to learn and fill out forms. The questions I had were answered on the spot. Should make multiple signatures on a form possible via email. Amazing.
The forms are extremely easy to work with. In fact, they are easier to work with than the ones provided on the web site for the Courts. There is not a form I've needed that was not available through this web page, which is a huge plus.
Something went wrong, when I was filling once it stopped me suddenly. It saved the work, luckily. But I lost two minutes to restart my job, and this wasn't nice.

kara was great. I am an older computer geek who never got into such things as screenshots. Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me. I like the way I can go back and make corrections and print out over and over until I get it right and not being charged for the times I have to print the document.
