The user interface is a bit clunky, but I highlyAppreciate being able to edit and modify simple legal documents in one visit. No long delays waiting on preparation!
I have not been able to figure out how to use my mouse and just scroll/roll thru the doc. I have to go to the left and click on page 2, to get to page 2, I can't just use the roller on the mouse to move.
The person who dialogued with me concerning my problem very patiently walked me through the steps of printing my tax form and everything was nicely resolved. Thank you very much, especially for your patience.
Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Mostly good; however, movement from one field to the next was very slow. Also, text was not aligned properly when entered; however, it did print properly.
Super impressed by the level of support from these guys. They were on my problem within minutes and when it turned out I had the wrong level of subscription (I needed a lesser one) it was changed and updated straight-away - no questions asked. Really happy.
