I found this by accident trying to find a 1500 free medical form but wasn't looking forward to filling it out by hand. We are a dental office just starting to use medical coding for new procedures. I cut off the bottom part of the document. I'm trying a reprint, now and will select "fit to page" on my printer preferences to see if that works.
So far, so good. I don't like that it seems to lose its connection frequently and I have lost data a time or two but that may be a function of where/what I work on. Otherwise, fair deal for the price.
I needed to complete a Federal Job application quickly and get it submitted on time. There were several forms as part of the application in a PDF format. I found that PDFfiller to be quick and easy.

An invaluable resource for filling out forms. Incredibly fast customer service that is exceptional in handling your needs. In this day and age when companies can treat you like a number, it is nice to know that PDF Filler is not one of them. They treat their customers with respect and attention, satisfying their needs quickly and efficiently. More companies could learn from them on how to conduct business.
