Works great. I would have give a 5 stars if there's a way to copy and replicate the entire form. Also the ability to rename file name would be nice.
I was a little confused when I first began using the app, but did an online chat with their agent who walked me through what I needed to know. Therefore; I would recommend this subscription to any Commercial Insurance Agent who issues multiple Acord forms.
i am just starting a new company and your service has been essential in that i have a way to edit our flyers our price list and being able to add things for the customer like check boxes and signature lines has been a god send thank you
easy to use...but...make so forms can be shrunk so they aren't huge all the time when open, when they are huge and cannot be shrunk it can give you a headache...templates for forms ( or any often-used form) should stay at the top, to find them easy, instead of sinking down the list...you have to hit at least 5 buttons to print, and that is horrible...
Easy to use and affordable way to edit your pdf documents. I love that it is cloud based so you can access them anywhere. You can even sign like a docusign.

It is a simple process to upload, fill out typed forms, e-sign, and save/print externally.
What do you dislike?
I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.

I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.

What do you like best?
This platform is an online pdf editor, electronic signature manager and creator of PDF forms, you can send them by fax, obtain complete copies of the PDF forms sent and signed, you can also automatically extract data from Excel, CRM or database data. Share the documents by email, social networks and you can also place them on your company website.
What do you dislike?
We have not had any problems with this platform, the performance has been satisfactory, the pdf files are relatively basic and do not present any type of error, it seemed a good option after using other platforms with negative results, but this has been totally different.

It is fully recommended, the results obtained have been very gratifying and satisfactory. You simplify a large part of the work that allows you to save time even you maintain a constant work flow. Share documents through email, social networks among others. In general it is very complete and a good option for all companies.

We use PDFfiller, to obtain and receive forms from our clients, sending e-mail is excellent to communicate, this drastically reduces follow-up time and interaction failures with our work team. We also obtained a significant increase in work flow since I simplified the handling of many documents such as W-4 in addition to insurance renewals and bank authorizations. We perform a conversion of file formats such as Word to Pdf daily and with ease, we are happy with the results.
