Why Do I Need an Eviction Notice?

A landlord may use an eviction notice to inform a tenant about the termination of the lease or rental contract. There are several reasons to prepare such a letter. The most likely is the non-payment of the rent. However, violation of the terms of the contract, including damage to property, the excess of sound limits and so on, may also cause riddance. For the first time, a lessor may make a verbal remark. In case a tenant fails to fulfill set conditions, they will receive a 3-day notice. This means they still have time to settle the problem or leave the apartment. Otherwise, the landlord may apply to a court for an eviction motion. Note, that any attempts to evict a lessee are illegal if you do not have a court order called a Judgment for Possession.

How to Prepare An Eviction Notice

There are available templates of a 30-day and a 3-day eviction notice. Both of these documents have to be completed in accordance with certain rules.

Read the following information on how to fill out the blank form.

Provide information pertaining to the property and the lessee i.e. personal data, address, date of the agreement and so on.
Write about the reason for filling out the form. State the details and dates of incidents.
The date the document, sign it and forward it to the recipient. Attach the certificate of service.

If necessary, print out the form and fill it out by hand. However, that means you will need to meet with your tenant in person, which may be too inconvenient in case of a conflict.

Three days counting starts from the first day after the notice is issued.

We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues. What do you dislike? There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

I don't usually leave reviews...Customer service is A+ I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.
