Adjust Footnote Form: make editing documents online simple

The PDF is a popular file format used for business records because you can access them from any device. It will keep the same layout no matter you open it on Mac or an Android phone.

The next key reason is data safety: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's safe to share any sensitive data with them from person to person. That’s why it’s important to find a secure editor, especially when working online. Some platforms give you access to an opening history to track down people who read or completed the document before without your notice.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows to create, edit, sign, and share your PDF files directly from your internet browser tab. Convert an MS Word file or a Google spreadsheet, start editing its appearance and create fillable fields to make a document singable. Work with the completed document yourself or share it with others by any convenient way — you'll get notified when someone opens and completes it.

Use editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage. Ask other users to complete the fields and request an attachment if needed. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Add fillable fields and send to sign.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

01
Browse for your document through the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
To modify the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and follow the instructions.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add them for text, signatures, images and more.
04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.
