With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I really like the program; however, when I save I get logged out. I have not been successful at using any form except the Offer to Purchase. I need addendums.

What do you like best?
Very easy to use. Not complicated at all. Compatible with every file I needed so far. I don't know how we got by before this program. I haven't come across anything I haven't liked yet. A great value for the price.

We are able to send files in real time as simply as sending an Email. You can have each person input their own data as well as sign documents all without having to print anything out. Of course that is huge in helping the environment.

Easy to use & Quick
My business is all about paperwork. Everything is time sensitive and I could not get things done without PDFfiller. I use it daily. The ease of use is so important to me. I don't have time to learn difficult programs.
Easy to upload docs from anywhere, rearrange pages, make corrections, save as PDF and save or email. You can name your files and go back to them when needed. The dashboard is easy to navigate. I have used this software for years and they are always improving and adding new features.
I have had trouble uploading an occasional document but customer service fixed the issue each time. Sometimes my document is too large which is frustrating, they have a size limit. Also, a document with signatures from another software company (e-sign) sometimes don't come thru.

Directly refund
PDFfiller is a very good site and the support team is the best.I just wanted to use the 30 days trial for a document the 27th may 2020.I canceled the subscription but I think an error has occurred.I see my account has been debited of 96$.I wrote them a mail and the assistant refund my acount.Thanks again PDFfiller for your kindness and your quickly anwser.
