2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

I love this program! I am in an area where I do not have a land line or ability to fax and now I can! I also love the feature where I can erase and correct documents without having to recreate the entire document.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The framing inspection should be made after all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical rough-in has been inspected and all ducts, chimneys, hold-downs and shear walls are installed and framing is complete. All rough wiring for the structure and the electrical service is inspected at the same time.
Wall framing in house construction includes the vertical and horizontal members of exterior walls and interior partitions. These members, referred to as studs, wall plates and lintels, serve as a nailing base for all covering material and support the upper floors, ceiling and roof.
INSPECTION TIME: Rough framing, plumbing and electrical and mechanical systems are inspected for compliance with building codes. This is when we will have our 4-Way Walk Through with the home buyer. (4-Way is when the wiring, plumbing and heating are installed and the framing is complete.)
A home inspector will look at a house's HVAC system, interior plumbing and electrical systems, roof, attic, floors. Windows and doors, foundation, basement and structural components, then provide a written report with results.
While there are a number of inspections during the building process, the final inspection is usually the most comprehensive. A typical final inspection could include the following and more depending on the requirements of the structure: Permits and Plans. Permit and approved plans are accessible and on-site.
Associate degree in Electrical Construction Technology or similar major. Complete a registered apprenticeship program. Journeyman or master electrician license.
Insulation Inspections are very straightforward. The purpose of an Insulation Inspection: Verify the installed insulation levels in a home meet the code requirements necessary prior to dry walling/wall covering. Verify there is no missing voids or gaps in the thermal parameter of the home.
A pre-purchase building inspection is an assessment of a property's condition that is conducted by a qualified inspector. It covers everything from faulty roofs to rising damp and cracked walls, and generally includes information on whether these faults can be repaired and how much these repairs would cost.
A Pre-drill inspection should be completed prior to the insulation installation, but after ALL trades have completed their ROUGH-IN portion of the project. Each trade (i.e. electrician, plumber, HVAC etc) is required to obtain a permit, as well as the builder.
Check with the city before you close to see if there's already been an inspection. Check with the city before you close to see if there's already been an inspection. Call them out before you start construction. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT-Meet the inspector out there. Meet and exceed their timelines.
Violations fall within three categories: property maintenance and illegal dumping, zoning, and dangerous buildings and housing. A complaint from a neighbor is all that is necessary for a city code inspector to inspect your property. Without either, an inspector may only view your property from the street or sidewalk.
