A student is limited to four consecutive calendar years of eligibility from the date he/she begins ninth grade for the first time.
The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Eligibility Center is responsible for determining the NAIA eligibility of first-time student-athletes. Students must meet two of the requirements: Cumulative GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale. ACT of 18 or SAT of 970 Critical Reading and Math.
It also stated that students only had 4 years of eligibility for high school athletics. A student also may not have reached their 19th birthday before August 1st of the school year that they're trying to compete in.

Age Limitations No student whose nineteenth (19) birthday is attained prior to September 1, shall participate or practice on any team.
