What is the ASRS-5? The ASRS-5 is a self report questionnaire designed to assess symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults. It consists of 6 questions related to symptoms of inattention and hyperactivity/impulsivity. The ASRS5 is an updated version of the ASRSv1.

A score of 14 and above suggests a presence of ADHD. A score below 14 suggests an absence of ADHD. The ASRS-5's sensitivity is highly positive at 91.4%
