10. Fold the binding strips in half lengthwise and press them with an iron to create a crease.
11. Starting in the middle of one edge, align the raw edges of the binding strip with the raw edge of the quilt, and sew them together using a ¼ inch seam allowance.
12. Continue attaching the binding all the way around the quilt, mitering the corners for a clean finish.
13. Once the binding is attached, fold it over to the back of the quilt and hand stitch it in place using a blind stitch.
14. Give your quilt a final press with an iron, and it is ready to be used or displayed!
