So much better than acrobat This is really good tech and works much better than acrobat! I was shocked that people were leaving negative reviews - then found out they all complain that you have to sign up after editing your document - SO WHAT you cannot expect amazing tech for free. I don’t get why people complain. Tech is amazing customer service is second to none.

I had a little bit of trouble using.
I had a little bit of trouble using… I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. Thank you pdfFiller for letting me try your app.

Questions & answers

Having sole custody in BC means that you have exclusive rights to make decisions for your children.
When it comes to how to get full custody, a parent must prove it's in the best interests of the child. This means you'll need to prove that the relationship you have with the child merits this arrangement. You'll also need to prove that you can provide them with a stable, secure home life.
Form Number: 35.1. Form Description: Affidavit (decision-making responsibility, parenting time, contact) Version Date: Sept. 1, 2021.
To start a new court case, you always have to fill out Form 8: Application (general) in addition to the form that your case is about. For example, if you have to go to court to start a case about child custody and access, you would fill out Form 8 and Form 35.1 Affidavit in Support of Claim for Custody or Access.
Factors Considered for Granting Full Custody A parent looking to win full custody should be prepared to state clear reasons why joint custody would not serve the child's best interests, such as if the other parent has issues with substance misuse or a history of leaving the child home alone for extended periods.
If you have grounds for a sole custody application, you can apply at the BC Supreme Court or the provincial court at any point after separation from your spouse. Most likely, the circumstances and legal grounds will dictate the timing of your application.
