I don't like that you have to hard return on open spaces or the text goes off the page. I don't like how there is not any guidance on the cursor in pre-developed forms-there should at least be a grid view option. I do like how clean it looks and intuitive it is to use.

A lease application request for a credit reference is asking you to identify one or more businesses that have granted credit to you. Examples of these include: A bank, savings and loan, or credit union that has given you a loan. An entity that has issued a general-purpose credit card to you.
A credit reference can be anyone who has given you credit or otherwise had a financial relationship with you. Examples might include your credit card company, local bank, investment firm, previous landlord or a local business that gave you a payment plan.

A rental reference (or referral) are essentially votes of confidence that come from people who know you in a personal, financial, educational, professional, or prior rental experience capacity. The ideal rental reference will know you well enough to speak to your character and express it to a property owner/agent.
References. If your tenants have rented privately before, you can try to get a reference from a previous landlord or agent. A reference should only be concerned with the tenant's ability to carry out his or her rental obligations.
Credit Grantor is someone who is has given you some form of credit in the past. In terms of rental applications, they're generally old landlords. But it can also be banks that provided you with a credit card, personal loan, etc.
One thing that is commonly found on rental applications is the request for personal, or character, references. As a landlord, you want to do a comprehensive background check on the tenant which includes calling tenant references.
Whom to Ask for a Character Reference Character references can be provided by neighbors, business acquaintances, family friends, teachers, and clients. If you volunteer, a leader or other members of the organization can be used as personal references.
We tend to dig for data from landlords and employers and seek to verify contact details on the personal reference. The personal or character references are generally not family members, but may be friends, co-workers, business associates or others that the applicant feels would provide a positive reference.
Reference letters. Pet references (if applicable) Proof of income (recent payslips, bank statements, tax return) Letter of employment (if you're starting a new job) Valid ID (passport, citizenship certificate, driver's licence, Medicare card, utility bills)
