How can I Add Multiple Signers?
Open the document and select the Edit Signers option on the left sidebar. To add more than one person, repeat the process.
Add signing fields for every included signer.
When all fields are added, set up the signing order and share the document.
One more way to add multiple signers is to do it via the Invite button. In the invitation window, add multiple users with the Add Signer blue icon. Keep in mind that the number of signature fields in the document should be the same as a number of signers.

How do I add multiple signatures to a PDF?
Open a PDF that contains multiple signature fields. Right-click the first signature field to be signed and choose to Certify with Visible Signature option. The Certify Document window will appear. Click Sign. Save the PDF & enter the password for your Certificate/USB Token.
