Pretty easy to use! Pretty easy to use!Update: Been using this a while now, only down side is that when you blank off certain information, save the file and open it to check, for a very brief second all the old information flashes up.

Best 5 Day Workout Schedule: Day 1: Chest + (Light) Triceps. Day 2: Back + (Light) Biceps. Day 3: Core + Forearms + Calves + Cardio. Day 4: Shoulders + (Heavy) Triceps.
When you lift 7 days a week, you allow for more opportunities to train a muscle, rest a muscle, and repeat that structure. For example, you can easily train your lower body three days a week on a 6-7 day split, which could be the added volume you need to bust through a lower body strength and muscle growth plateau.
While exercise should be tailored to your personal fitness level and goals, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends people get at least 30 minutes of moderate cardio five days a week or at least 20 minutes of vigorous cardio activity three days per week.
By working out too intensely and too often, you're not allowing your muscles proper time to recover and heal. This can result in fatigue, muscle injury, and ultimately decreased performance. One of the caveats to working out seven days each week? It's possible to completely tire yourself and burn out.
As you design your fitness program, keep these points in mind: Consider your fitness goals. Create a balanced routine. Start low and progress slowly. Build activity into your daily routine. Plan to include different activities. Try high-interval intensity training. Allow time for recovery. Put it on paper.
If you're training six or seven times per week but you're not training for a specific sport, event or competition, chances are you're overtraining.
