It can be great, but it's a little buggy at times. The signature feature often crashes the signer's device, whether mobile or desktop, and the API integration with Zapier is very finicky as well.

There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

Doing exactly what I want. Have .pdf bank statements that can only upload in .csv format, so converting to Excel then to .csv and can do my work in no time at all.

I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.

Very good service
Very good service. I used it once to fix my resume and forgot to cancel. Accidentally subscribed for an annual subscription so was shocked to see $321 come out of my account. That was all the money I had. I got in touch with the customer support team and they refunded the money and cancelled my subscription immediately. 10* customer service - love you PDFFiller!

With pdfFiller, you can type in PDF documents and format text online without downloading and installing any software.
To get started, upload a form to your account. Any PDF document is instantly editable in pdfFiller. In the main toolbar, select the Text button, click where you’d like to place the text cursor and type.
To change the position of your text, click the arrow icon in the mini toolbar above, while holding down the mouse button, drag the content where you’d like to place it. Change the text size by using the tree icons above or by selecting from the drop-down list in the formatting toolbar. You can underline, italicize or make your text bold.
You can also change the font type and text color by choosing them from the respective drop-down lists in the formatting toolbar.
To add text to a PDF document, you don’t have to type, you can also copy it from any other document. To link text to a web page, click the Hyperlink button.
In the dialog window that will open next, type the URL of the web page, then click Save. To delete text, just click the trash can icon in the mini toolbar. When you have finished editing, click the Done button in the top right corner and email, print or save your document.

Your document will be converted into a template. Every time you open the document, you will be prompted for a new document name and a new one will be created. The template itself will remain unchanged and ready for use. If you need to edit the template, simply select the template form in “My Form” page and click “Template” button. The template will be converted to a regular form. You can edit and convert it to a template later.
